Here you can pay electronically for different items at the same time by using a credit card (MasterCard, EuroCard or VISA)
The fees are shown in Swedish krona (SEK) and do not include VAT. VAT is excluded for fees to public authorities (i.e. you do not have to pay VAT). There is no return policy for patent fees, unless the payment is wrongly made.
You need your application number/numbers
To be able to pay for your items using this online service, you need to have your application numbers available and your applications must be in force.
Part payments
This online service does not handle part payments. If a fee is only partly paid, it is not possible to pay the rest using this online service.
All payments are made in real time.
This means that after an approved payment, the payment information is immediately updated in our systems.
Secure payment
Payment is made in a secure encrypted way using SSL (Secured Sockets Layer). More information can be found at www.digicert.com

All fees cannot be paid using this online service
At present, you can only pay for items regarding public legal fees for the patent department. For example, limitation of patents and application fees for supplementary protection cannot be paid for using this online service.
Dynamic search
The search for application/patent number is dynamic, which means that this online service only shows the specific records that can be paid for.
In some cases, for instance for renewal fees, the exact amount that should be paid is calculated.
This is done to minimize the number of incorrect payments as well as the number of double payments.
Receipt
When payment has been made, a receipt is displayed on your screen and sent to you by email.
